THE ONLY HOPE PROJECT MUSIC COMPETITION

‘I wanna look like Michael Caine’

THE BRIEF:

An exciting opportunity to write a soundtrack for a scene in a film, produced to bring public attention to the problems GPs face in early diagnosis of terminal illnesses, and to the campaign to develop ground- breaking tools to support these doctors.

Only Hope, which stars real cancer patients, is a darkly comic tale of a Robin Hood character on a mission to raise money to save a young girl’s life. ‘Robin’, who thinks he looks like Michael Caine, is seen driving his classic mini off a cliff in an apparent murder / suicide…*

We would like to invite submissions for an original, upbeat dance track that will be played as the car is seen driving off the cliff to certain death…

PRIZE:
The winning entrant will work with acclaimed music producer, Allen George (see below bio), to develop and polish the clip into a full-length track which will feature and be credited in the final edit of the film.

GENRE:
Electronic dance music (EDM)

DURATION:
An initial, sample clip of between 45 and 60 seconds

FORMAT: MP3

HOW TO SUBMIT:
